• a 2-3 page essay answering the questions below

Who has been the most influential person in your life? Explain.

What impact do you feel your college education will make on society?

How will you give back to your community? 

• your official high school transcript

• a 3x5 photo of yourself

• two letters of recommendation from counselors, teachers, or community leaders

• proof of community service in the past 2 years

• this completed application

 

Incomplete and late application packages will not be considered.
